WOMEN IN THE WILD ADVENTURE RACE CHALLENGE

SEPTEMBER 19TH 2009

 

This challenge is design to be a beginner friendly adventure challenge race for those women who have never done a adventure race before. Any reasonable fit women can complete this rite of passage to be called a "Wild Women" and experience the feel of personal victory that come with such a challenge. Bring you friends, family or coworkers and come join us for the 2nd Annual Women in the Wild Adventure Race.

Road Warrior Princess 5 mile Walk/Run

Road Warrior Princess Walk/Run- We are hiking a scenic road hike loop consisting of 5 miles

Good Hiking, Walking or Running Shoes a must.

We will begin the hike with a upgrade and finish off the hike with a downhill.

This hike will take us through some very scenic farmlands.Most of the route is well shaded.

 

 

Wilderness Bike Expedition

 

Wilderness Bike Expedition- Enjoy a scenic bike ride thru the
Quemahoning Area. This will be a 12 mile bike ride.

Bring your bike. Wearing a Bike Helmet is Mandatory.

THIS RULE WILL BE ENFORCED THIS YEAR

Some of the sites on this bike trip are something to behold. This will be a great way to enjoy and relax from life's stresses.

Again the Quemahoning Dam is breathtakingly beautiful. A stop here to relax and take in this fantastic site.

The 12 mile bike ride consist of one challenging hill and that is Slagle Hill. You have the option of walking your bike up if need be. Then it will be smooth sailing the rest of the way.

 

 

Wild Women Obstacle Course

FEAR IS NOT A FACTOR WITH WILD WOMEN

This will surely be the true test to how wild of a women you really are. I wouldn't wear my Sunday best if I were you. The obstacle course is strictly for fun. Again any reasonably fit women can master this obstacle course to become the Wildest of Women.Yeehah!!!!!
