May, June, July, August and September are going to be non-stop insane months. The one problem I can see right now is answering emails and returning phone calls. At this point of time I will be returning any emails first thing in the morning. I don't see myself being on computer after 2:00 in the afternoon. I'm telling everyone right now I have no energy when I come home from my classes, so if you are trying to call me I am just sitting there letting the phone ring in my bedroom. I will not be getting off my couch to answer because I am too hungry and to beat to answer and I know I have no energy to type emails off. I will read emails but I won't answer. I will however return emails or phone calls within a 48 hour time frame. So if you don't hear from me something went wrong somewhere.
Any updates about classes or anything else of importance will be address on my front webpage. Any events that we will be doing any training hikes etc, etc, will be posted to meetup.
Ironman and Wild Women are the highest priority for 2010 everything else is going to sit on a back burner.
Classes for the Spring/Summer will be on a month to month basis. It really is going to depend on participation. I have made the decision to keep all the classes we have now the same. If participation becomes low we will combine classes for the summer but at this time I WILL NOT be doing that.
Wednesday's Bellydance will also continue in Blairsville. We have made arrangements for someone to take my place during this time so you guys can keep shaking your bootie.

There is one moment that will change your life and make it all worth while and that's when you accomplish the goal that you have set for yourself. That's when all the hard work will pay off. There is not greater euphoric feeling in the world then seeing your dream come true or a goal being reached and accomplished.
I know there are times that you are feeling beat down and feeling the uncertainty of being able to reach your goal but I want you to know that everyone feels that we all have the doubts. You will have your good training days and your bad training days. Put the training in and do not doubt yourself. You can do it!!!!! Listen if a 5k, 1/2 marathon, marathon, RC hike and the Wild Women Challenge was easy to do it would mean nothing when people did it.
Spring has Sprung the best fitness center is the great outdoors and the best part is it's free. Dust those bikes off , Get a pair of good walking or running shoes and get your asses out the door and exercises. NO EXCUSES PLEASE, make that time.
