TONING AND STRENGTH TRAINING FOR WOMEN

A women's body is much different than a man's body and has different needs to consider when toning and strengthing. This class is specifically designed to meet the needs of a women's body structure and will help to improve areas that are more of a concern for women. Also a special emphasis is places on core muscles. Join us for this unique toning and strengthing workout and see the results that you would like to see.

Please bring water, towel and mat to class.
