| Step is one of the best way to get that body into great shape. Not only does step strengthen the cardiovascular system but it also defines and tones the body.
This is a 30 minute step class which the participants can design the workout to fit their cardio level and progress in time.
Every Monday and Friday 10:15 to 11:15 am
Every Tuesday and Thursday Night 5:15 to 6:15 pm
Cost of this class is $4.00 per class
